Refresh Software Customer Snapshot - 2022/2023

During 2022, despite the economic situation Refresh Customer numbers had increased in terms of licenses and number of items.

Despite the ongoing financial contraction, we saw increases in key metrics including our main measurement - an increase in data under management (the number of items in-scope worldwide). North America continued to hold on to first place by the number of customers (especially driven by data stewards and data cleansers working from home), closely followed by Europe which is closing the gap quickly due to a large new customer with a multi-year SAP cleansing and migration project.

A number of well-known Fortune Global 500 customers signed up or renewed licenses and all industry sectors remain well represented. Customer retention and new customer growth in our traditional asset-intensive industries (such as commodity producers) were highlights again. The summary report can be found here.
